Connie auditioned for the very first season of Britain’s Got Talent back in 2007. This sweet little girl won over the judges with her beautiful performance of ‘Over The Rainbow.’ <br /> <br />Connie quickly became a fan favorite and made it all the way to the finals of the competition. She came in second overall, losing to opera singer Paul Potts. <br /> <br />Now, Connie is a seasoned performer at the age of eighteen. She’s released multiple albums and toured all over the country. But today, Connie is back on the stage that started it all for Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions. <br /> <br />This special six-week show features top contenders for all over the world. Acts include past winners, finalists and many of our favorite performers. For Connie’s performance, she sat at the piano and belted out the words to her original song ‘Never Give Up On Us.’ <br /> <br />“'Cause even if the world stopped turning <br />You'd be in my heart still burning <br />Keeping it beating <br />And as long as I'm breathing <br />Then I will never give up on us” <br /> <br />After the performance, Connie posted her gratitude on Instagram. “Thank you so much for the love you have given me from this performance.
