You have to eat all the enemies, but to do that you first have to stun them by hitting them with blocks. The regular stone block will continue going until it hits something, but there will be other kinds of blocks as well, with different abilities and proprieties. Some enemies just wander about, but some can charge at you, so be careful. Also, some areas are booby-trapped or slippy, so do your best to avoid them.
