Ms. McCaughan’s experience includes advising sponsors, their portfolio companies, corporate borrowers, banks, and other financial institutions across a broad range of finance transactions, including complex cross-border acquisition and leveraged financings, bridge financings, refinancings, and other secured lending transactions.  Ms. McCaughan spent six months on secondment in the London office of a leading private equity firm.
