Rat King is a playable character in Legends. While conducting a series of experiments in the sewers, Dr. Victor Falco transforms himself into a psychic rat hybrid with power to control rats with his mind. Back Hand: Rat King casually backhands a foe. 30% chance to block abilities for 1 turn. Pied Piper: Rat King commands a rat to attack his foe. 90% chance to cause damage over time for 3 turns. Cooldown: 4 turns Superior Intellect: Rat King assaults a foe with the terrible coldness of his mind!
